The TQMa94xxLA embedded module is based on the i.MX 94 processor family featuring a Quad-Core ARM® Cortex®-A55 from NXP. This LGA (Land Grid Array) module is designed to support pin-compatible processor variants on a single module layout and provides access to all signal pins for flexible system integration. The module is ideally suited for applications with extended real-time requirements.
The CPU includes an integrated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) delivering up to 0.5 TOPS, making it an excellent choice for AI and machine learning use cases. In addition, the module features 5x Ethernet interfaces with TSN, fieldbus support, and switch functionality, enabling reliable performance in real-time industrial applications.
